Chapter 13: DEFI Dashboard
What is a Dashboard?
A Dashboard is a simple platform that aggregates all DeFi activities. It is a practical tool that can display and track the location of assets across different DeFi protocols. It categorizes your assets into different types, such as deposits, debts, and investments.
Typically, when you access the dashboard, you need to enter your Ethereum address (e.g., 0x4Cdc86fa95Ec2704f0849825f1F8b077deeD8d39). Alternatively, you can enter your Ethereum Name Service (ENS) domain. An ENS domain is a human-readable Ethereum address that you can purchase, similar to an internet domain, like www.coingecko.com, which is then mapped to the IP address of the server hosting CoinGecko.
If you are interested in creating your own ENS domain, you can check out our ENS Guide! Note: Using an ENS domain is just one option.
There are several dashboards available for asset tracking, such as Frontier, InstaDApp, MyDeFi, and Zerion. For simplicity, we will take a closer look at a more well-known dashboard: DeFiSnap.

Step 2
- You have entered the dashboard!
