日本加密货币交易所Coincheck计划通过SPAC上市，合并价值约12.5亿美元
链捕手消息，日本加密货币交易所Coincheck计划与空白支票公司 Thunder Bridge Capital Partners IV 通过 SPAC 合并上市，合计价值约 12.5 亿美元，交易预计将于 2022 年下半年完成，从而使合并后的实体在纳斯达克上市。
目前，日本金融集团 Monex Group 持有 Coincheck 94.2% 的股份。合并完成后，它将继续持有新实体约82%的多数股权。
