链捕手消息，据CoinDesk报道，加拿大资产管理公司 Valdy Investments 宣布完成对加密交易平台 INX 的收购，并正式更名为 INX Digital。此次 Valdy 收购了 INX 的所有流通股，完成了 INX 之前筹集的 3960 万加元的私募配售。去年 5 月，INX 融资 8500 万美元。
