链捕手消息，欧易OKEx将于今日18时上线ConstitutionDAO（PEOPLE），目前已开放充值。
据悉，ConstitutionDAO是一个DAO组织，其目标是在苏富比拍卖行拍得一份美国宪法的原始副本，并为此向加密世界的居民募资，共向17437募集到4700万美金。PEOPLE是ConstitutionDAO给贡献人的捐款凭证，并ConsitutionDAO在拍卖中失败后成为一个社区自治的代币。
