印度央行：银行不得干预用户使用加密货币，但需进行尽职调查
链捕手消息，印度央行在一份正式的澄清说明中表示，一份发布于 2018 年 4 月 6 日的限制银行和金融机构为加密货币用户服务的通知已于 2020 年 3 月 4 日被印度最高法院推翻，故当前银行不得干预用户使用加密货币。
该说明还表示，银行和其他实体将必须持续做好尽职调查程序，包括遵守 KYC、反洗钱（AML）、打击恐怖主义融资 （CFT）、以及针对跨境汇款的《外汇管理法》（FEMA）等。
