The NFT quantitative hedge fund BlackPool officially launched and distributed BPT token airdrops

On May 28, NFT quantitative hedge fund BlackPool announced the official launch and distribution of the BPT token airdrop.

It is claimed that BlackPool is the first on-chain protocol to combine long-tail investment analysis, artificial intelligence, and self-organizing teams/guilds to generate passive income. Currently, BlackPool DAO focuses on three areas: portfolio investment, competitive gaming, and creative incubation.

BPT Token

BPT (ERC-20) is BlackPool's governance token, which will be used as a tool for creating autonomous teams or troops, with each troop focusing on generating new revenue from a subset of NFT assets. Currently, BlackPool has 3 troops, each focusing on the projects Sorare, Axies, and Cometh. All troops combined are referred to as The Barrel, and the total value created will be fed back to BlackPool.

Users who stake BPT tokens can receive xBPT tokens, representing their share of ownership in BlackPool's NFT community. By staking BPT, users can also participate in earning a share of the revenue generated by The Barrel and access additional special features in the future. The yield shared with stakers will be determined by the DAO through governance.

Total supply of BPT tokens: 100 million

Token distribution:

40% allocated to approximately 60 contributors, unlocking over 5 years; 60% allocated to the BlackPool community, with 1.5% for token airdrop.

Airdrop Claim Tutorial

Visit the BlackPool official website: https://blackpool.finance/, link your wallet, and click on "Token" at the top.

If eligible for the airdrop, click Claim.

Users eligible for the airdrop will have 14 days to claim their rewards. Users can claim the full airdrop rewards in the first 10 days, while the number of tokens available to claim will decrease by 25% each day for the last four days, until it reaches 0.

Currently, the airdrop rewards opened for claiming at 17:55:18 Beijing time on May 28 and will start decreasing the number of tokens available for claiming at 17:55:18 Beijing time on June 6, ending at 17:55:18 Beijing time on June 10.
