区块链游戏平台Forte以10亿美元估值融资1.85亿美元，a16z等参投
链捕手消息，区块链游戏平台Forte近日获得1.85亿美元A轮融资，估值10亿美元。此轮融资由风险投资基金Griffin Gaming Partners领投，Union Grove Venture Partners、Andreessen Horowitz（a16z）、Battery Ventures、早期风险投资公司Canaan等参投。
公司将利用这些资金加快其端到端区块链平台的开发，该平台允许开发人员创建同质化和非同质化代币（NFT），并构建可扩展、基于代币的游戏经济。
据悉，Forte创始人周凯文（Kein Chou）曾开发了 《漫威格斗冠军》、《亚瑟王国：北方之战》和《霍比特人：中土王国》等热门移动游戏，此前创办的Kabam在 2014 年获得腾讯的 1.2 亿美元投资，后来周凯文将 Kabam 分拆以总计近 10 亿美元的价格出售给 Netmarble 和 FoxNext 两家公司。（VentureBeat）
