周小川：数字人民币的跨境使用取决于人民币国际化程度
链捕手消息，中国人民银行前行长周小川今日在博鳌亚洲论坛2021年年会上表示，人民币的份额逐渐增加，数字人民币自然也会增加。这主要不是依靠数字化发展，主要还是看人民币。人民币背后看的是中国经济、金融体系、币值的可兑换性、稳定性。这是渐进的过程。同时这是市场参与主体自主决定的，不是单方面能决定的。我们要逐渐改进人民币的信誉，包括跨境支付在内的基础设施。（一财）
