Cathy Zhu在活动上表示，区块链行业中仅发生了两次结构性变化。第一次结构性转变是中本聪共识（用在比特币中）创建了数字资产。这不仅涉及金钱和货币，也是我们所见过的最好的版权保护形式。第二个结构性转变是以太坊智能合约的诞生。一旦区块链技术扩展了吞吐量、安全性和采用率，将会发生第三次结构性转变。目前大多数扩展尝试都牺牲了真正的去中心化和安全性。
