Exodus寻求SEC批准将股票Token化，以募资7500万美元
链捕手消息，据Coindesk报道，加密货币钱包Exodus已经向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)申请了进行公司代币化股票公开发行的许可，Exodus周三已经向监管机构提交了发行通函，在获得批准后，将进行A监管二级发行（通常称为Reg A+）。
通过这种与公司股份挂钩的新型股权代币，Exodus希望筹集约7500万美元。 Exodus表示，该文件已于上周五提交，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）将至少需要21天的时间对其进行审批。如果获得批准，该钱包公司将加入加密行列中仅有的几家选择走监管路线的公司。
