俄罗斯最大银行Sberbank寻求启动区块链的许可，并计划发行代币
链捕手消息，据Finance magnates报道，俄罗斯最大的国有银行Sberbank已向该国央行申请批准推出一个基于区块链的平台，该平台将允许该行推出自己的数字货币。据当地媒体Interfax报道，这一申请在1月初提出，如果该银行能获得监管机构的批准，它将在春季推出去中心化平台。
这家俄罗斯银行去年已经透露了推出数字货币的计划，早些时候被报道出Sberbank与JP Morgan合作尝试数字货币的消息。
与此同时，俄罗斯央行去年早些时候提出了发行数字卢布的草案，将其视为第三种货币形式。
